Non-fibrous acoustic enclosures and cabins for production machinery — cutting operator noise exposure while keeping machines cool, accessible and productive.
Production machines can push operator noise exposure past safe limits. Our machine sound enclosures and acoustic cabins contain that noise with non-fibrous micro-perforated panels, while access doors, viewing windows and ventilation keep the line running and serviceable.
Non-fibrous micro-perforated construction · Aluminium 1 mm, SS & GI 0.5 mm
From complete cabins to local barriers around the noise source.
Doors, windows and conveyor slots designed acoustically.
Louvres and fans manage machine heat.
All-metal, non-combustible, non-asbestos panels.
Perforation matched to the machine’s frequencies.
Withstands oil, swarf and impact on the floor.
Reduction depends on the machine and the openings required, but our enclosures use high-absorption (NRC up to 0.90) non-fibrous panels and, where a full enclosure is possible, insulating composite panels to significantly cut operator exposure.
Yes. Enclosures are designed with acoustic doors, viewing windows and conveyor openings so production and maintenance continue.
No. Ventilation, acoustic louvres and fans are integrated to manage machine heat while controlling noise.
Yes. They use rugged all-metal, non-fibrous construction that resists oil, swarf, moisture and impact.
Tell us the machine and your noise target and we’ll engineer an enclosure that keeps production moving.
